RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return is happily accepted within 30 days since your order is delivered.
- Items must be in their original condition, which means they must be unused, unwashed, and unopened.
- If the products have been damaged or defective by the manufacturers or shipping process, wrong size, color was sent by shop,… Please reach out to us at: email@example.com, and we will send you the return shipping label at no cost.
- With other reasons for returning: wrong size was ordered by customers, simply change mind,… Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee which is $10 (if the label is created by WhatBae)
- Discounted items and international orders are FINAL sale.
- All beauty and wellness products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or opened, even if you are allergic to them. We accept no responsibility for the products’ effectiveness. Products have different effects on different people.
- Product details/descriptions are provided for reference purposes only and do not constitute medical or scientific advice. They are also not an alternative to medicine. If you have sensitive skin, hair, or any other health issues, please consult a doctor before using.

- Please let us know which way you prefer: either use your own return shipping label or we provide you one ($10 cost will be deducted to the refund)
